My name is Kimberly and I created Circle of Friendz.  In fact, Friendship was my inspiration.  I love to give gifts but finding the perfect gift isn't always that easy, not to mention the simple act of remembering can be challenging for a busy person such as myself, so I created COF a questionnaire that would act as a date book with address and phone numbers, a date reminder and a profile that would capture my friends favorite things.

The unique features of Circle of Friendz is in the personal profile management system. The PPM is by invitation only and completely private to the initiator. The profiles are divided into sections called: Me, Myself and I, Food and Dining, Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle and Philanthropy. The profiles can be updated 24/7; categorized anyway you choose and my personal favorite--and life saver, the built in reminder feature.

Every date within each profile is set to send the initiator three date reminders; one month out, two weeks out and the day of; plus, it pulls random profile favorites each time so you get a sneak preview of your special friends profile.

Now whenever I get a reminder, I go right into the profile and scroll down to get gift ideas. Sometimes I go with their favorite bottle of wine but other times, when I want to be more personal, I have colors and sizes for the extra special something-for that extra special someone.
